What you can expect from Kopetta, and what it expects from you.
What Kopetta is
A place to record what you drink and to find independent coffee shops. It is free, it takes no cut of anything sold, and nobody can pay to rank higher in the directory.
Your account
You are responsible for what you post. Keep your password to yourself. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings, and doing so removes your journal, your messages and your personal details.
What you write
You keep ownership of your reviews, photographs and posts. By posting them you allow Kopetta to display them on the site. Do not post things that are not yours to post, and do not write reviews of businesses you have not visited.
Cafés and their pages
Listings are compiled from public sources and from people who submit them. Details may be wrong or out of date — if you spot something, there is a correction link on every café page. A business can claim its own page and correct it directly.
Ordering
Kopetta does not take payment and is not a party to anything you buy. Asking a shop to hold a bag is a message to that shop; you pay them directly, and any dispute is between you and them.
Ending it
You can stop using Kopetta whenever you like. Accounts that post abuse, impersonate a business, or write reviews of places they have not been may be removed.
No warranty
Kopetta is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, and it may be wrong. Do not rely on it for anything that matters — check opening hours with the shop before travelling.
These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer. If Kopetta grows to the point where that matters, they will need to be.
